We are now able to sell our first rice harvest! We grow a premium Japanese short-grain brown rice called Kushihikari. It is being grown as a dry-land rice (no flooded rice paddies for us!) here in Southern Maryland quite successfully. We can guarantee that you have never experienced rice as aromatic and flavorful as this because it is incredibly fresh.

Cooking Our Rice

Place 1 cup of rice and 1 3/4 cup water or other liquid into a pot. Bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer for 35 minutes. Delight in the freshest rice you have ever tasted!
